Probably 15 years of experience speak louder than words, i started training back in 1997, since then, i practice a japanese martial art called Shorinji Kempo, i brought its martial and holistic approach in fitness and nutrition.
In the last 5 years i thought more and more intensely to spread the training method i developed and tuned through time, integrating breathing, meditation and training in a unique tool, designed to maximize results and reach long term benefits.
Respect and care for the body is the first cause of a well balanced mind and a healthy life, those who decide to step towards this goal got the right to have the best results for their efforts.
For this reason i certified with ISSA U.S.A., the most prestigious and accredited institution in the world in Fitness Trainer certification.
Today, i bring with me the philosophical approach of martial arts with the scientific knowledge and techniques of ISSA.
Holding these weapons i’m confident that i can bring every individual who really puts his whole self into the task to absolute results, in Fitness, in the quest for health, in Life.

To the question “What we can do” i would respond “Virtually Everything It depends on how bad we want it !”
As human being we are able to do things beating all the odds, we are versatile and powerful, yet we have two limits: Duality between body and mind and our adaptation to modern comforts.
That said, we should put our primary effort to take back our native, multiple abilities condition, by training our body and our mind, we are not made to seat on a chair all day long, we are meant to be active, running, hunting and howling to the sky. The difference between that condition and our working-all-day-take-the-elevators-eat-fast-foods-watch-tv-sleep-roll-over, creates depression, stress, unhappy living.
